YVF Series Variable Frequency Motor
YVF Series Variable Frequency Motor adjusts rotational speed by responding to frequency changes from a converter. The motor follows the relation between frequency and speed, which allows controlled variation across a wide range. It maintains stable torque output at low frequency and adapts to higher speed conditions when frequency increases. The cooling system supports heat control at different speeds, while the structure keeps operation stable under varying load and motion requirements.

🟢 Compared with the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, the structure is simple, the use is reliable, and the maintenance is convenient.
Variable Frequency Motor For Adjustable Speed Drive Systems
Variable frequency motor changes rotational speed according to input frequency supplied by a frequency converter. The stator generates a rotating magnetic field, and its speed follows the change in frequency. This relationship allows direct control over motor speed without mechanical adjustment.
Frequency Driven Structure For Continuous Speed Regulation
- Speed changes proportionally with input frequency variation
- Supports wide frequency range for flexible operation
- Maintains stable torque at low frequency conditions
- Independent cooling supports operation at different speeds
The motor responds to frequency variation through electromagnetic interaction. When the frequency decreases, the rotating magnetic field slows down, which reduces motor speed. When the frequency increases, the rotation accelerates accordingly. This direct relationship allows smooth speed adjustment across a continuous range.
At low frequency, the motor maintains torque output while limiting starting current. This behavior helps reduce load impact during startup. As speed increases, the motor transitions into a different operating state where power output adapts to frequency changes.
The cooling structure operates independently from shaft speed, which allows heat dissipation even when rotation remains slow. This helps maintain stable internal temperature across different speed conditions. Variable frequency motor fits systems that require flexible speed control and stable performance under changing operating conditions.
