🟢 Purpose – Conical cylindrical gear reducers are used for transmissions with the output shaft arranged in a vertical direction. It is mainly used in belt conveyors and various transportation machinery, and can also be used in the transmission mechanism of various general machinery such as coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, light industry, and petroleum.

🟢 Structure – The first-stage transmission of the reducer is a Gleason spiral bevel gear, and the second and third-stage transmission is an involute cylindrical helical gear. Lubrication of the reducer: Generally, the gears and bearings of the reducer are lubricated by splashing oil in the oil pool and cooled naturally. Only when the working balance temperature of the reducer exceeds the specified value, or the load power exceeds the thermal power, the circulating lubrication or the oil pool lubrication with the cooling pipe shall be used.
