Operation precision of stepping system

A common mistake is to put the precision error of the system all down to the problem of the motor. From the point of view of stepping motor, some tolerance standards need to be met, including mechanical tolerance and electrical tolerance. The disequilibrium of phase winding inductance is an important factor. Other reasons include the misalignment of the rotor, the non-uniformity of the air gap between the stator and rotor, the relationship between the rotor's teeth and slots, and the torque ripple. It is not very difficult to achieve and maintain control over these parameters.
